Description
The Software Tester/ Senior Software Tester will be responsible for designing and implementing testing procedures for a variety of software products. The Software Tester will take ownership of the entire testing lifecycle and communicate test results and recommendations to the rest of them.
Responsibilities
- Discover bugs before the product reaches end-users and coordinate with engineers to provide solutions
- Design and execute test plans and test cases
- Reproduce, triage and prioritise bugs on a daily basis
- Write bug reports
- Write automated test cases and scripts
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science desirable
- Hands-on experience with software testing, especially web apps
- Some knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash or Javascript desirable
- Experience in testing automation is a plus
- Good command of verbal and written English
